Package From Merryvale School

Today we were excited to see the package that was coming from the school in Christchurch, the school was named Merryvale. When the package arrived we had to read one or two poems that were on the back of the postcards. Then we got all of the postcards and gathered them together into one sentence.

Maths T1W8 Reflection

This week I learnt how to solve division problems. On Monday I found this challenging. We did this the whole week. By Thursday I was able to teach Jaiden how to do it. This was easy because I knew my multiplication tables. Next I would like to learn how to divide six digit numbers. I want to do well at maths and I would like to get a 5A at the end of the year.

Circuit

Yesterday my friends and I built a circuit. Before you actually make a circuit you will have to draw it out on a sheet of paper. At first we were struggling because we haven't built a circuit before. It was interesting because our circuit was different then the others.

Cotton Bud Autumn Trees

I found this art fascinating because we didn't use paint brushes, we used cotton buds.
